Every time you shop you earn points, which can be used at a rate of 1 yen per point.

Once your order is completed, it will usually be shipped within 1 business day.
*On days when we receive a large number of orders, shipping may be delayed by 1 to 2 days.
*Pre-order items will be shipped on the shipping date stated on the product page.
When ordering regular products and pre-order products at the same time
*Our store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Other closing days will be announced in advance on our website.
Shipping costs are 500 yen nationwide.
If your order is over 25,000 yen (27,500 yen including tax), shipping is free.
*This offer is only applicable when you order a total product amount of 25,000 yen or more (27,500 yen including tax) at one time and there is only one shipping address.

*You can specify a delivery date within one week from the date of your order. We do not accept delivery dates more than one week apart. *If we are inundated with orders or depending on the delivery address, we may not be able to deliver on the desired date.
As per our terms of use, we cannot accept changes or cancellations to your order after it has been completed.
We accept size exchanges only once for products that are available in different sizes.
We are unable to accommodate requests for free size products.
*Shipping costs incurred when exchanging items will be borne by the customer.
*We may not be able to provide the size you want due to stock shortages.
*We may not be able to accept an exchange if the item shows obvious signs of use.
As a general rule, our store will accept returns or exchanges only if the product is unused, with the tag still attached, and there is some kind of defect that would interfere with its use, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the size not fitting (FREE size products) or the color not matching your expectations.

If you purchase multiple items in one order, we will not ship them separately.
*If you purchase a pre-order item and a regular item (items with different shipping dates) at the same time, please note that the shipping date will be that of the item with the latest shipping date.
If you need your items shipped quickly, we recommend placing separate orders.
We are unable to combine orders placed separately.
